"Platform" refers to the Errands4Me application and all associated services. "User" or "You" refers to any individual who creates an account and uses the Platform to request errand delivery services. "Carrier" refers to independent service providers who accept and fulfil errand requests. "Errand" refers to any delivery, pickup, or task request submitted through the Platform. "Services" refers to all features, tools, and functionalities provided through the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any authentication tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

The Platform connects Users with Carriers for errand and delivery services. We act solely as an intermediary and are not a party to the arrangement between Users and Carriers. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You shall not request the delivery of illegal, prohibited, hazardous, or restricted items. You must provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, item descriptions, and any special instructions necessary for the Carrier to complete the errand.

Errand pricing is calculated based on factors including distance, item category, vehicle type, time of day, weather conditions, and demand. A platform service fee is added to each errand. Prices shown at the time of errand creation are estimates; the final amount may vary based on actual conditions. All payments are processed through our integrated payment providers. You agree to pay the full amount charged for each completed errand, including applicable fees and surge pricing. Refund eligibility is determined by our cancellation and refund policy.

You may cancel an errand at any time before a Carrier has been dispatched at no charge. Once a Carrier accepts and is en route, cancellation fees may apply based on the stage of fulfilment. Cancellation fees compensate Carriers for time, fuel, and effort already expended. Repeated abusive cancellations may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

Carriers will make reasonable efforts to complete errands within the estimated timeframe. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. Errands may involve photo verification at pickup and delivery. You must be available to receive your delivery or provide adequate instructions for contactless delivery. Unclaimed deliveries may be returned or disposed of after a reasonable waiting period.

If you are dissatisfied with an errand, you may file a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. Disputes are reviewed by our support team, and resolution may include a full refund, partial refund, or no action depending on the circumstances. Escrow funds are held until disputes are resolved. We reserve the right to make final determinations on all disputes. Fraudulent dispute claims may result in account suspension.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) harass, threaten, or abuse Carriers or other Users; (c) submit false or fraudulent errand requests; (d) attempt to circumvent the Platform's payment system; (e) use automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to interact with the Platform; (f) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform; (g) impersonate any person or entity; (h) upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (i) interfere with the Platform's operation or infrastructure.

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software within the Platform are the property of Errands4Me or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Location data is collected to facilitate errand matching, routing, ETA estimation, and safety features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Errands4Me and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific errand giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Errands4Me, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or pose a risk to the safety of Carriers or other Users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Errands4Me shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, internet or telecommunications failures, or power outages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Errands4Me regarding your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
